Today about the muscular system and metabolic adaptation - part.5
Hello!
During the training, various changes occur in the body. Among the processes involved and metabolism undergoes changes.

What is metabolism? Metabolism is the totality of mechanical and biochemical processes through which ingested substances are transformed in the energy available to the body.
Strength training, along with cardio, leads to an increase in the amount of myoglobin (the compound that stores oxygen at the muscle level). It increases the ability of the muscles to store glycogen, which will be dismantled and made available to the cells during intense training. It also increases the body's ability to use fat as the source of energy and produces less lactic acid.
Heart rate is less than an unmanned person, increasing the volume of blood that the heart pumps in a single beat and reduces blood pressure (swimming, running, cycling).
It also changes the composition of the body, the proportion of fat and muscle. Adaptations to aerobic training Muscle resistance is the ability of muscles to sustain intense repeated efforts.
Cardiorespiratory resistance refers to the body as a whole and represents the ability to sustain prolonged efforts, up to 60-90 'in a workout.
Stay fit and healthy!
Have a nice day :)
