ARNOLDS GOLDEN SIX FULL BODY WORKOUT
This is for you guys who want to get big and grow big muscles!
I would advise you to do this workout 3 times a week with a rest day between each training day. If you are a beginner don't start with heavy weight. The way you do the exercise is more important than the weight you use to do it. If you want to get big and grow muscles you need to eat good that means get above your recommended calories a day so your body can use the extra calories to create body mass easier. Eat high protein food to stimulate your muscle grow!
This is the workout scheme i would advise you to use if you want to do a full body workout. If you are a beginner dont go to high on the number of Sets and Reps just do what you can do. Also don't go to high on the weights do what you can and don't force your body to do high weights. For the people who already have experience in the gym do this exercises only if you want to do a full body workout otherwise use a other scheme.
