Make sure you apply sunscreen to all parts of your body, including the ears, the upper legs, and the backs of your feet.
Use a sunscreen with a minimum of 30 SPF with Broad Spectrum protection, which means it can protect the body from UVA and UVB rays.
Use sunscreen 15-20 minutes before you start outdoor exercise, so sunscreen seeps well into the skin.
Check the expiration date on sunscreen before use.
