Thought Blog #4: Healthy Mind
Our mind is very powerful. We can make the impossible to possible by way of our thinking or imagination. Healthy mind + Healthy body = Happy Life. It's commonly known to us how to care our body and how to keep it healthy but we overlook the importance of having a healthy mind. The question is, how can we achieve a healthy mind? Well, in my opinion in achieving a healthy mind is like the process how to achieve a healthy body. Having a healthy body you should be discipline in what food you intake and it is just like what you feed in your mind. And exercise , your should not sit all day and shouldn't be idle and like your brain your should do mental exercises that can rewire it.
