Mental Health - It's Okay Not to Feel Okay

in #health3 years ago

Not feeling okay is perfectly normal. No one is immune to difficult feelings and adversity. It's important to recognize that you will not always feel okay, and to acknowledge them and allow yourself to feel them. When you are not feeling okay, don't try to force it. If you push it down, it will make the situation worse. Instead, focus on finding ways to cope with the negative emotions that come with them.

It's okay to have bad mental health days. Everyone goes through seasons of sadness. It's not necessary to be happy all the time. Try to give yourself a break and let yourself go through the bad days. You can practice self-care and reach out to others when you're down. Remember that you're never alone. Sometimes, you need to let your emotions go so you can get back to feeling better.

It's OK to feel bad sometimes. No one is perfect. No one is. It's perfectly normal to experience a tough day. Life doesn't have to be perfect all the time. Embracing your mixed feelings is an important step in achieving a better emotional well-being. It helps you cope with the stress and pressure of a new job, but also allows you to be healthier and happier. But don't let yourself become too depressed. It's normal to experience a bad day and to experience depression. Don't be ashamed to be human and be honest about how you're feeling. Don't feel embarrassed to admit that you're having a bad day.

One of the major problem is, that society always wants you to achieve something. It´s all about progression and selfoptimization. I think thats a concerning development...

As a matter of fact it is even more important to take care about your mental health.
Number one is: Listen to your body and to yourself....

Thanks for the post, have a great day
