Anyone here take cold showers?
My water heater just broke. It will take a week to get the replacement parts here. Thought I would try to take cold showers for a week. Anyone here already does that? Is there any health benefits/harms?

Oddly enough, I haven't had a cold shower since December. I decided to switch to cold showers after hearing about all the positive mental and health benefits. I have gone back to hot showers since then and it's not as great as it use to be. Something about hot showers make me feel gross now??
But yeah good luck this week!! Cold showers take a while to get use to! But hey, at least you'll be saving some coin on your morning coffee😉
