What is vitamin B? Why do we need it for our health?


It improves the cell's health in our body. Vitamins are extremely important for our body to grow properly. Vitamin B is again divided into 8 parts. Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, etc. These vitamins are called Vitamin B complex together. In the absence of vitamin B, our body may face many problems.

Vitamin B is an important need for our body. We should know about which food contain good quantity of Vitamin B. There are plenty of vitamins B1 and Vitamin B2 in fish, chicken meat, wheat etc. Broccoli, mushroom, curd, corn, cauliflower, potato, watermelon, cabbage, banana, various kinds of berry fruits etc. Fish, green vegetables, beetroot, wheat, milk and milk made foods such as chana, cheeses, yogurt, etc. also contains Vitamin B.

The problems that arise in the absence of Vitamin B:

Along with nervous problems, another problem occurs due to vitamin B deficiency.

It is enough that we eat normally referred foods to get vitamin B's fruit. We need a lot of vitamins in our bodies. Often, the amount of Vitamin B in the diet goes back to our body. So many people eat vitamin supplements. Vitamin supplements should always be taken with doctor's advice. If we have enough vitamin B in our body then we should not eat supplements or if we eat normal food we would meet the requirements of Vitamin B.

Wow, this is a great post. It is a great reminder to let us know the importance of vitamins to be specifically vitamin B you talked about. You are right. The health benefit of vitamin to the body can not be denied so also Vitamin B. I love eating fish so much so by this i am aso taking both protein and vitamin. Two classes of food in one food. I am always struggling with vitamins deficiency. Have to take supplements all time until I get them fixed :(
