Namun, apakah kalian tahu jika pepaya muda mempunyai beberapa kandungan yang sangat bermanfaat untuk kesehatan kita, seperti vitamin A,C, E, dan folat serta magnesium, potasium, kalsium, zat besi dan antioksidan lainnya.
Pepaya muda juga mengandung karotenoid dan polifenol, serta sejumlah lycopene dan berbagai asam amino yang dibutuhkan.

Berikut beberapa manfaat pepaya muda untuk kesehatan :

1. Membantu pencernaan.
Pepaya muda mengandung serat yang sangat mengesankan, hal ini disebkan oleh khasiatnya yang dapat memyeimbangkan keseimbangan PH lambung.

2. Mengobati penyakit jantung.
