Thank Katie, I'm glad that you like something different, maybe try a bit of this that I'm passionate about. you are an expert motivating!
For me eating healthy is all a part of health and fitness, and so is moving my body. So I'm always happy to see others doing the same in their own way! Will definitely look forward to some more of your fitness posts. :)
