Hello steemians, headache is a common factor in our daily life. So here I'm with another post on helth tips. In this post we will know How to get relief from headache?
Headache is painful. It's not a good decision to take medicine by ourselves. Headache can be easily avoided by consumption of few important things.
Fish oil:
Nutrient demand is also effective in preventing headache. Fish oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids. This works mainly against headache. Fish oil capsules are available in the market. The capsule can be taken by the doctor's advice.
Apple:
The solution to those who suffer from headaches in wake of the morning wake up is apple. The apple should be mixed with a little salt and taken in empty stomach in the morning. This should be continued for two consecutive weeks.
Ginger:
By using the thrombocycin, the components of the ginger keep blood circulation normal. Which is very effective in preventing migraines.
