Healthy Tip: 😊One of the most important parts of my program is I encourage people to drink 100oz of water💦 each day!! To some that seems like a lot!! One tip I give for those not in that habit yet is to fill up a large water bottle🥛 (mine is 32oz) and set it on your nightstand before you go to bed.💤 FIRST thing in the morning when your alarm goes off grab it and start drinking. Carry it with you into the bathroom, drink it after you pee, after you brush your teeth,🚰 after you get dressed.... I finish 32 oz within about 20 minutes of being awake. That has AWESOME health benefits, it also helps you drink more water throughout the day. Who is willing to give this habit a try this week?? 🙋♀️
