People now a days are becoming very conscious of their weight.They follow keto diet,high protein diet,no sugar diet and a whole lot of other types of diet.If they see a youtube video showing a skinny girl saying she was very fat earlier and then she did keto diet and lost a lot of weight,everyone is gonna try to follow whatever she says she did.They don't even care to think about the fact that everyone's body is different.When you say someone doesn't gain weight even if she eats whole day then you should also take into consideration the fact that everyone's metabolism is different.If your metabolism is fast then you can eat all day and not gain weight but if you have slow metabolism then the easier way is to eat stuff that accelerates your rate of metabolism.One of the things I have personally used to accelerate your rate of metabolism is ginger tea and yoga.That combination does wonderss....you will be surprised.
