Hey checkout these highlight of me at my first health fair. I had a great time spreading the word about my cardio class “The Calorie Burner” as well as my extreme boxing workout. I got the chance to meat a lot of people and had a blast.

In the video you will also see fitness instructor Karen Rutan who helped me set up for the health fair. I learned a lot when it comes to what to do at a health fair and how you should promote your services there.
