emirates nbd (national bank of dubai) ile sberbank tarafından, bankanin % 99.5'lik hissesinin devri konusunda nihai anlaşma saglanmistir. fakat satis surecinin tamamlanmasi icin denizbank’in faaliyet gosterdigi ulkelerdeki (turkiye, rusya, bae ve avusturya) duzenleyici kuruluslarin onayi beklenmektedir. onaylarin 2018 yili icerisinde alinip satis surecinin tamamlanmasi hedeflenmektedir.
