That .001 you are seeing is just interest. When you find a POW by mining you get 1 SP. You can see if you found a block by going to https://steemd.com/@cwmyao1/ and looking to see if you see a POW2 entry.
Keep in mind the hard fork yesterday requires updated mining software to actually solve a POW.
