That is a sad story. These kind of people must be helped by us. So, I have upvoted this post 100%. A small contribution, but something nevertheless :)
Yes we must help the poor and needy people by understanding their wants, desires and thoughts without diminishing their dignity and helping them achieve those wants in a respectable manner.
