UserHelp Change Of Plans
Hello everyone! We had planned on using ChainBB ,but with its announced closure , we've had to shift our system around.
We'll be working on a new game plan that will come in the form of Ask Your Question and we'll answer it here sort of format. We'll also continue working on the ticket support system via a 3rd party software. More on this coming in a different post shortly...
We just wanted to do a quick update and let people know where did UserHelp go! :-)

You taking questions here ? If I delegate more SP to a user I already have some SP delegated to, is it immediate? Like if I change from 10SP delegated to 15SP, does it happen right away or will it take 7 days for the 10SP to undelegate.

Well we are in the process of setting up a daily thread so people can ask their SteemIt related questions and get help. So you got an early start!
All SP delegation is immediate. But, you'll have to stop the SP delegation and re-do the intended amount again. I believe there was someone working on a better way for this and well have to look up the source and edit this comment.
that would be good because when I go to steemit groups on facebook for example EVERYTHING is "upvote for upvote!" and I'm trying to ask questions and nothing lol
@bell2bell, yes this will be dedicated to helping users vs. just people ignoring the help that is needed!
