HOW TO GET RID OF ACNEE!

First of all figure out your current habits. It’s the core to getting clear skin. I’m not going to sit here and tell you ”go drink 83472874 litres of water”, ”fix your diet” because everyone knows that stuff already.
Now ask yourself: do I touch my face a lot? because your hands touch many things during the day and when you put it in contact with your face it spreads A LOOOOTTTT of bacteria, so yeah try to touch your face less.

Second question. Do you get enough sleep? If you’ve been getting really bad acne recently then you probably haven’t had enough sleep as when you’re sleeping your body repairs itself and when you don’t get enough sleep then your body doesn’t go through the full cycle.

Third question. Are you stressed out? Stress can cause acne. If you have finals, or other problems that stress you out then you should find a way to minimise the stress or resolve the problem in your life completely to get rid of the ”stress” acne.

Hormones and genetics is also a big part that can cause bad acne.

Make a day time and night time face wash routine, it helps so much. Use only products that suit your skin type. Let your skin get used to them.

Exfoliate a few times per week. It helps to ger rid of dead skin that can clog your pores, but exfoliating too much can actually cause further irritation and more acne problems.
AVOID harsh scrubs, which can cause skin irritation.

I will post some product that I use for my skincare in another post and I hope that my advice about acne will help you to get rid of it.
