Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah Allah. I am going to participate in the 4th week of engagement centered on "Ethiopathogenic Anemia". I know this is increasing my understanding of health. I always support this great event. Many thanks to the Steemit team. Before that, I'd like to invite some of my friends. Those who read my post here will also participate inshaAllah. They are. @radjasalman, @heriadi @suboohi and @wilmer1988 broo... 😊

Defines Ethiopathogenic Anemia

Etiopathogenic anemia refers to abnormally reduced blood production, etiopathogenic anemia is a type of anemia. We know that anemia is a decrease in the level of hemoglobin in the human body, etiopathogenic anemia is also a type of anemia, in this anemia, the concentration of blood decreases.

Etiopathogenic anemia occurs when the human body has various physical diseases, such as cancer, kidney disease or any type of chronic disease. Etiopathogenic anemia also occurs due to autoimmune diseases, hormonal problems, lack of vitamins, hemorrhages etc.

Hemorrhage refers to excessive bleeding due to an accident or any other reason. When excess blood is lost from the body, blood density decreases, causing anemia in the body resulting in etiopathogenic anemia.

Make a diagram of the maturation of the UFC-E

UFC-E stands for unified functional competency-expertise. UFC-E has several levels namely,

1) Primary level

2) Level of development

3) Diffusion level

4) High level

5) Expert level

In the last class we learned about erythrocytes, we all know that red blood cells play an important role in the human body, and we learned about the classification of red blood cells.

CFU-E colony forming unit - Erythroid This is an important stem cell that is a step in the process of producing red blood cells in the human body.

CFU-E is responsible for the production of red blood cells. CFU-E stem cells first transform into immature proerythroblasts, and later into mature erythrocytes.

Erythrocytes develop through a complex process, and it starts from hemopoietic stem cells, which are located in the bone marrow of the human body.

And red blood cells are produced in different stages. First from hemopoietic stem cells to progenitor cells, progenitor cells give rise to primary erythroblasts via CFU-E, followed by reticulocytes to mature erythrocytes.

Aregenerative Anemia vs Regenerative Anemia

I would like to discuss in detail about regenerative and regenerative anemia by dividing it into two parts. So that it is easy to understand.

Aregenerative AnemiaRegenerative Anemia
Aplastic anemia is a type of anemia which is basically a type of blood diseaseIn the case of regenerated anemia, blood cells are produced from the bone marrow, but for some reason the blood cells break down and anemia occurs, resulting in regenerated anemia.
The bone marrow of the person suffering from aplastic anemia cannot produce enough blood, resulting in anemia in the body, and the person is affected by aplastic anemia.Regenerated anemia is caused by hemorrhage, or anemia due to bleeding due to various reasons.
Aplastic anemia is mainly caused by genetics, autoimmune diseases, the effects of various medications, radiation, and viral infections such as HIV.Regenerated anemia is mainly caused by bleeding, injury, surgery, autoimmune diseases, hemolytic anemia, etc.
A person suffering from aplastic anemia experiences weakness in the body, rapid heartbeat, and bleeding problemsAs a result of regenerated anemia, the affected person experiences weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue, yellowing of the skin, etc., and it can become fatal if not treated quickly.

Say suggestions in case of bleeding

It is important to take some steps in the case of bleeding, bleeding can occur due to various reasons, among which the most notable are accidents, various types of road accidents, surgeries, etc. can cause bleeding.

In this case, the first thing to stop the bleeding is to squeeze gauze or a clean cloth over the bleeding area, and hold the wound up, so that the bleeding stops. After this,

the wound should be cleaned, antiseptics such as viodin, savlon etc. should be used to clean the wound and prevent infection. Get enough rest and drink enough water.

Thank You Everyone For My Post Reading

  • Task 3 (2.5/2.5) Anemia Arregenerativa vs Anemia Regenerativa:
