Ponnangkanni cures eye disorders, Aramikeer adds fertilizer to the body, Vallarai cures memory loss, cures paralyzing arthritis, Garbhimeni is good for skin diseases and colds. It stings when touched and is good for impotence and kidney disorders. It also lowers sugar.
Both Fenugreek seeds and lotus leaves are good for impotence. Can prevent gonorrhea infection. Prevents arguments. It is good for amnesic disease called Parkinson's disease. Here I choose one herb called Black nightshade or Bead tomatoes, picked from garden and cooked a dish with it. Here its Recipe.
Step 1 :
First go to the garden and cut the leaves of Black nightshade then remove the unwanted stems and dry leaves from it and collect them into separate leaves
Step 2 :
Then cut them into small pieces and then wash them thoroughly with salted water and wash them twice or thrice.
Step 3 :
Chop the onion and green chilies, pit a pan on flame, add mustard seeds, chopped onions and green chilies to saute. Add Chickpeas Dal and saute them well.
Step 4 :
Now ass the chopped Black nightshade leaves and mix them well add required amount of salt and saute them well
Now the healthy and useful Black nightshade curry is ready, eat as side dish with any meals. Every part of Black nightshade has medicinal properties. All of the leaves, stalks, fruit, roots can be used. This herb is slightly bitter so some people do not take it.

Safety Report: Pick one herb and research any potential side effects and how to avoid them.
Tulsi is one of the best hers used in Auyurveda and Siddha treatment. Tulsi is known as the 'golden medicine of Ayurveda' because of its numerous health advantages. Tulsi leaf is utilised in Indian religion for its therapeutic properties, hence it is found in practically every Indian home. So, we're sure you never imagined Tulsi had any adverse effects. To our dismay, these leaves are loaded with nutrients and may even offer some health benefits.
Some Side Effects of Tulsi Leaves
Tulsi leaves can have an impact on the health of both the pregnant lady and the foetus. In severe circumstances, it can potentially cause miscarriage. The plant may induce uterine contractions, which might be harmful.
Tulsi leaves can increase blood flow to the uterus and pelvic area, causing contractions. Although there is insufficient research supporting or opposing the usage of basil during pregnancy. However, specialists advise women to avoid eating basil for safety.
Several studies have found that basil helps reduce blood sugar levels. However, if a person is currently taking diabetes medication, chewing basil leaves can boost its effectiveness and significantly lower blood sugar levels.

Mam @jyoti-thelight, hope you are doing well. By reading your post I came to know many information about Siddha medicine and the many herbal remedies used in Tamil Nadu about mostly I wasn’t aware of before. Yes, herbs like pepper, tomato, and drumstick play a vital role in supporting stomach health and boosting nutrition. For eye health Ponnangkanni plants, for memory and arthritis Vallarai and Fenugreek and lotus for overall strength are a piece of new information that I came to know today. Your Black Nightshade curry recipe is so easy to prepare as well as it is nutritious for our bodies. When I have a cough I mostly use Tulsi in time of having instead of taking any medicine. Though it helps us but we should be aware of its side effects like in the time of pregnancy. A lot of new knowledge I have gathered by reading your post and my best wishes for you about the challenge.
