We can grind them to make their fine powder. But I have cut them into small pieces because these will add a unique taste and deliciousness.

Moreover I have cut the dates as well into small pieces especially so that they can also become dissolve completely in the milk. In this way all of their affects will be added along with their unique taste.

Now let's move towards the next procedure.

Here I have taken milk which is the key ingredient because this remedy will be made in the milk as an extra thing. Indeed it is not a herb but it is a natural thing which boosts the affect of this remedy for the iron deficiency.

Now we need to boil it for around 10 minutes so that everything becomes a mixture in the milk. I was monitoring the boiling procedure carefully so that the milk do not go beyond the container.

After boiling untill everything dissolved completely in the milk I turned off the furnace. And I have poured the remedy in the water. It was very hot so I gave it some time to be cold so that I could hold the glass.

Then to make its taste more delicious I have added some sugar in it. I stirred the sugar in the glass so that it could be dissolved completely.

Finally after preparation the iron deficiency remedy is ready to use. I took this remedy deliciously. It was tasty because of the almonds, dates and raisins. When they were coming under my teeth I was enjoying this remedy more. So this is a great remedy for the iron deficiency.

My mother makes this remedy especially in the winters for us and this is the reason I made this.

After heating the water a lot the colour was changed of the water and a sweet fragrance of the cardamom and sandalwood started dispersing everywhere. So now it was almost ready to use.

I put the herbal tea in the glass and I added some sugar into it for the good taste. Moreover sugar is also helpful to lower the high blood pressure because of it's sweetness.
