Herbal Hair Tonic
Make a herbal hair tonic to promote the health the of the hairs. Write the herbs used in the tonic. Explain how the tonic will help for the hair health. Write the step by step process of making hair tonic.
Herbal medicines are of great use for the betterment of the health. I prefer herbal medicines. Similarly the herbal tonics for the hair health are also a great way to care the hairs. Because the herbal hair tonics include all the organic things and they do not include any chemicals which can harm the quality and life of the hairs.
It is really very interesting topic of making a herbal hair tonic. My hairs are also slim and weak they are lightweight. I hope I can make them strong by using the herbal hair tonic.
So let's move towards the formation of the herbal hair tonic but wait I will be writing the ingredients and explain th ingredients how can the help in the hair health. So today my hair tonic is going to be consist of the following ingredients:
- Almonds
- Cardamom
- Mustard Oil
W know that almonds are rich source of the vitamins and oil and their oil is very useful for many purposes. And it will be the part of the hair tonic to enhance the strength of the hairs.
Moreover the cardamom is also widely used in different things as a spice. It has fragrance and natural healing effects. This will also be the part of the hair tonic.
So this hair tonic with almonds, cardamom, and Mustard oil have several benefits for the hair health. All these ingredients have unique properties. Detail of each ingredient is given below:
1. Almonds
Almonds are rich source of the vitamins and other necessary ingredients which are very helpful for the hairs such as:
- Vitamin E: It works as an antioxidant. It works in the body by reducing oxidative stress on the scalp. It is how it helps to promote healthy hair growth. This vitamin is useful in preventing breakage of hair.
- Biotin: It is another important nutrient of almond which strings the hair shafts. This is highly useful to prevent hair fall.
- Magnesium: Almonds have magnesium. It helps to add elasticity to hair. This helps to avoid breakage from split ends.

Step by step process
This is very easy and simple process to make a hair tonic with the help of the almonds, cardamom and mustard oil.
First of all I have taken the almonds. And I have opened them to get their seeds. Because we don't need the upper cover of the almonds but the inside seed.
Then here you can see the cardamom. It is another required ingredient.
Here I have taken some quantity of the oil which will be very helpful to make this herbal hair tonic.
Here you can see now I have all the required ingredients and now the next making procedure will start.
Now we have to add the almonds and cardamom in the oil. But before adding them in the oil I have converted the almonds into small pieces. I have opened the cardamom and then I have put the outer cover and the seeds in the oil.
Now we have to heat up the oil. So I have turned on the furnace. We have to heat the oil along with the almonds and cardamom until a light fragrance starts of the cardamom and almonds. So I have heated the oil and the almonds have become black and the cardamom has also changed it's colour.
Here you can see the hair tonic is ready to use. The cardamom is floating on the oil and the almonds are on the base. But if you can notice that the quantity of the oil has decreased after getting the final product. It is because of heating the oil and it had burnt the oil.
So now we can use this hair tonic for the proper growth of the hair. It is useful to enhance the shine of the hair. It can make the hair more strong and long.
Skin Care Mask
Prepare a mask for the skin purely made with the herbs and use at least 3 herbs to prepare a mask. Write down the procedure and explain how it helps for the skin care.
Herbs are also very useful for the skin care. There are a lot of ways to use the herbs for the skin care. Skin care mask is one of them. These masks enhances the beauty of the skin and make it look shining and brightening. So I am going to prepare herbal a skin care mask by using the naturally existing things.
I will use the following ingredients:
- Turmeric
- Sandalwood
- Rose
- Organic Multani Mitti
Here is the complete step by step procedure to make herbal skin care mask:
First of all I will make an infuse of the rose and sandalwood. So for this purpose I need rose and sandalwood. And this infuse will be used to mix the the turmeric and organic Multani Mitti to make the skin care mask.
This is the sandalwood. It has a unique fragrance and benefits for the skin.
These are the rose which are also helpful for the skin care.
Here I have taken a glass and I have poured some water into it. And then in order to make the infuse of the rose and sandalwood I have put them in this glass of water.
Here the infuse is ready to use. The colour of water has changed because I placed it for some hours. Now I can use this infuse liquid to make the skin care mask.
Here I have soaked organic Multani Mitti in the infuse of rose and sandalwood. It will make the skin care mask more effective as it is especially used for the skin care.
Now I have put turmeric powder in this mixture of rose and sandalwood infused and organic Multani Mitti. Now we need to give it sometime until they organic Multani Mitti is dissolved completely along with the turmeric powder.
Here you can see the mask is almost ready. I added some more organic Multani Mitti in it because it was looking very thin.
After waiting for sometime the mask was complete ready to use. I have used this type of mask many times. So I applied this skin care mask on my face as you can see in the picture. This is a herbal mask but still we should be careful that it does not go in the eyes because eyes are the most delicate part of our body.
We have to keep this herbal face mask on our face until it becomes dry to get it's complete benefits. But after applying it on my face I was looking like a ghost 👻 😂.
So after applying it for sometime I washed my face and my face was brightening and glowing. It removed all the dirt from the face and made it look more neat and clean. The skin of my fave became soft and smooth with this herbal face mask.

Here is cinnamon. It will also be the part of the bath soak. It has fragrance and be white for the body in many ways.
Now we have both the ingredients for the bath soak so now we can start our next procedure for the formation of the bath soak.
Here I have taken some water. In this water I will add cinnamon and neem leaves.
I have converted the cinnamon into small pieces and I have put it into the water. Moreover I have turned the n the furnace under this container to heat the water and to extract the complete benefits of the cinnamon.
Now I have added neem leaves in the water. I have picked the leaves from the branch of neem.
I heated the water along with the cinnamon and neem leaves for some time until bubbling started. At that time the extract of the cinnamon and neem leaves was being added in the water and now we can add this herbal bath soak in the bath water.
I have taken water in the container to use it for the bathing purpose. Now I will add this bath soak water in this container.
Here you can see the bath 🛁 water is ready with the herbal bath soak. It is warm and have soothing effects. From this water a fragrance of the neem leaves and cinnamon was spreading around and it was giving a relaxation feel.
