Herpes Virus: The Silent Killer – and everbody’s got it!
It’s estimated that 90% of the population got Herpes and things are pointing to that it leads to MANY bad illnesses.
Most people don’t even know they have it.

The virus looks like a protein-robot
Herpes Simplex has some various strains and loads of symptoms with different names, like varicella-zoster virus, HSV-1, HSV-2, HSV-6a, Cytomegalovirus (CMV) etc. It can be found on sperm- and egg-cells, transmitted through spit or even come from vaccines (like stated on my blood-sample). It’s likely to be infected from your moms vagina, and when you are born your lips rub against it.
The most know symptoms are:
Chicken pox,
Shingles,
Cold sores,
Blisters,
Herpes Genitalia, but also skin-problems like
Athletes foot.
If you have tingeling sensations in the limbs you might have it.
Pain in the legs and neck-stiffness is also associated with Herpes.
But when reading the latest science on herpes you will encounter diagnosis like:
MS - Multiple sclerosis,
Fibromyalgia,
Alzheimer,
Anxiety,
Female infertility,
Lumbago,
Constipation,
Migraine,
Headache,
Brain-inflamations like aseptic meningitis, encephalitis and meningoencephalitis,
Loss of eyesight due to death of nervecells in the Cornea.
You can also get it with Tick-borne Borrelia disease, which is a number of viruses and evil bacterias infecting the body in a cocktail effect.
So WTF is happening here?
I will put this in simple terms. The herpes strains, like most viruses, will dig itself in to the cellmembrane, especially in nervecells. It can do this if a person lacks the amino-acid called Lysine, which leaves rifts/openings in the membrane. Here it can lie dormant for ever. The virus will become active when your immune system is weakened and then start to proliferate and give you the blisters in its many forms all over the body. Stress is weakening the immune system, so that’s why you'll get blisters or outbreaks when you are under any form of stress. Even taning is a form of stress for the skin.
I got a series mumps on some of my fingers and hardened skin. I also had some terrible nervepain inside the upper arm and shoulder and sometimes headache with pain raying down the neck and arm.
Herpes especially likes to hide in the myelinsheets of the Ganglia in the brain which is probably why it causes headaches, migraine, anxiety, and inflamations like meningitis and encephalotitis. Here it fucks with the energy and frequencies of your system, and nerves won’t work like the are supposed to. The nerves can also wither away and die. Viruses are parasites which means they feed off of your energy and shortens lifespan and lowers your life quality. I think they can mess with your emotions too.
Also viruses like to hang out in the liver so there is a connection with fats, liver and nerves and taking a bloodsample might not discover them unless you have a severe outbrake.
Herpes also likes to hang out in the saliva-glands.
The Noble’s Price in Chemistry in 1954 went to Dr. Linus Pauling. This genius actually came up with a cure for herpes and many other things. Dr. Pauling is known for his research on Vitamin C. His protocol is both cheap and easy. Here’s the things you need:
L-Lysine – at least 6 grams per day, divided in to three times. Take 2 grams for breakfast, 2 for dinner and 2 before sleep. (After two weeks I raised the dose to 3x 3 grams, and after four weeks I started with 3x 4 grams, 12 grams per day in total.)
50 grams of Lysine a day has shown to reverse and stop invasive tumors! Lysine is a major constituent of Fascia/Connective tissue.
30mg zink per day. -preferably with copper. I take 15mg in morning and before sleep.
Loads of Vitamin C. My favorite is Camu-Camu powder. I do 1 teaspoon in liquid.
You might want to consider taking all three forms of Vitamn C: Natural like Camu or Acerola, the synthetic Ascorbic acid and Liposomal Vitamin C. Around 3 grams in total should work.
I also take 3 caps (1500mg) of L-Ornithine at night to get rid of acid waste and in case my body wants to convert it to Arginine.

This protocol should last no more than 3 months, so make sure you do enough Lysine per day to rid off the viruses in this period. Also I won’t recommend taking Ascorbic acid on a daily bases for ever.
So the Lysine will rebuild your cellwalls and pushes the virus out. This agitates the virus and you will get outbreaks. I had one in the mouth for a week after two weeks on this protocol. You are not giving the virus the space to live inside of you anymore.
The Zink and Vitamin C will curb the virus damaging effects when out of the cellwall swimming around in your blood. Zink is used for 325 processes in the immune-system, so it strengthens these. Very important mineral!
Also to counter the blisters Melaleuca/Tea-Tree essential oil is widely used, but I found Oregano essential Oil to be much better. But it burns…
MCT-oil from coconut also has shown anti-virus effect, so get it into your daily diet!
An antagonist to Lysine is another amino-acid called Arginine. Arginine depletes Lysine in the body and Herpes actually feeds off Arginine. But Arginine is used for energy production. Sadly dark chocolate contains high amounts of Arginine, but as long you supplement enough Lysine problems will be avoided. You can look up lists online for Lysine/Arginine ratios in foods.
