Selfmade Cooking Gas
Hi, came back again to an old Video of Peter Salocher who tried various enhancements of putting different things into electrolysis solutions and he came up mixing in his electrolysis water some citric acid and then got some kind of ethane gas out of the electrolysed which burns very slowly like Methane or natural gas....
So I thought..wait a minute if this is really C2H6 Ethane gas simply made from just using a bit of cheap citric acid I water and then use an electrolysed to produce it, this then could easily feed into a natural gas cooking stove to heat your meals...
Also this C2H6 gas can be probably much more easily stored in propane gas bottles than just H2 hydrogen, as it is much heavier and will not brittle the gas bottles as H2 will do the longer run...
So what are your thoughts about this ?
I really have to try this out and see how much power it needs to produce this gas... If you use solar panels to run the electrolysis and store the Ethane gas in propane bottles with some kind of compressor that would really be a great idea to have heat to cook your dinners or heat your home now in winter time...
Here is the video. Please let me know your comments down below and please upvote this article... Many thanks. Rewards, Stefan.
