Appearance is More Important then Performance

Appearance is very much important in our country then performance. A person who wear good dress code then he can get a job easily but at the same time if you wear national dress in an interview then chances of your selection are very much low, it doesn't mean that HR(Human Resource) choose high talented people. When we visit Govt. Offices we found rascals who ask bribe from innocent citizens and when qualified people go for job hunting then they cannot get without reference of paying huge bribe. Everybody knows that HR(Human Resource) will have to focus on abilities but most of them never go for abilities, working in public sector is not a rocket science. People with ordinary qualification can do that in a very good manner but due to flaws in hiring process mostly deserving people cannot get job and people who pay bribe gets jobs and after that they compel citizens to pay bribe to them rest of their retirement.

We have to make recruitment procedure clean and on merit so that qualified, talented and energetic people will come forward to serve this country. Hope that readers will raise my voice by putting upvotes and comments on this.
The pictures in the start of this story are of a tea man, who become popular after when a lady shoot a picture of him and viral it on social media. Now this tea man is a superstart in media.
