Esgaroth
Esgaroth is a town built on a long lake. Next to Esgaroth is Erebor. Esgaroth is also very close to the houses of the forest Elves. Esgaroth was destroyed by the dragon Smaug, but the people of Esgaroth did not leave this town. Later, Smaug attacked Esgaroth again, and this time Esgaroth was almost completely destroyed. Because all the houses in Esgaroth are built of wood. And because of the dragon fire there was a great fire. After Smaug was killed, the mayor of Esgaroth rebuilt the town. The dwarves of Erebor also helped the people of Esgaroth. And Esgaroth has been quite a big and rich town.
