I don't like you, but I never flagged you. I can't tell you the heuristics other people use but they are generally less tolerant than I am.

There appears to be a very low bar for accusations (anybody can report a violation, not just the original copyright holder or injured party) and a very high bar for appeals (only the account owner is allowed to ask questions about why they were banned or downvoted, and they are presumed guilty and automatically treated as human trash).

I am not SteemCleaners< I have no idea how things work there, I am very confident my flags are extremely low false positives as I do them manually and I put a lot of time and research into what I do.
