I have learnt about this industry a bit in micro biology.
all these coir based products are bought by Hayleys and exported to European countries.
On one hand we can be happy since this enhances our export economy and is a help to locals who work in coir industry.
On the other hand it is sad that plastic, rubber and cotton take the place of coir in Sri Lanka.
I mean our things are not valued by us but European countries value it. Thank you so much for your idea
