Hello! steemians, today I'm going to tell you how to move towards a poisin free diet. The existence of all human beings on earth depends on the food we eat .But according to the Buddha, the most important benefit of a human being is health .Therefore, we must focus on a balanced diet free of toxins for healthy survival. I remember the book "Eda Heladiva" written by "Robert Knox"states that "there is almost nothing edible in our environment". The food we eat should always be nutritious and healthy.

Many people in the world today suffer from non - communicable diseases due to the way people eat in modern society .Cancer, high blood pressure, cholesterol, obesity are some of the common non - communicable diseases today.

In today's society, most people are accustomed to eating at home, in restaurants and luxury hotels .Even small children do not prefer healthy, clean prepared food at home. But toxins enter our bodies unknowingly .This food shortens human life .Even small children get cancer and die at an early age.

The kitchen, which has been preparing food in every home since ancient times, has always been a place where nutritious food is processed. But today, the kitchen has become commercialized.

However, many people today suffer from diseases due to lack of exercise. They also have to spend a lot of money on exercise equipment. Lazy people in the society are used to buying everything they need from the market.

We can change this situation. The Covid-19 virus has taken over the world, so we can manage the space available to homes and start home gardening. We can grow home-grown vegetables and fruits at home. The number of people dying in a year decreases and gradually a beautiful country is built.thank u all of you. 🙏🙏🙏

Your feedback is invaluable. What we grow in our backyard can taste like a poison-free meal. Congratulations!
