Out to meet my wife at Toa Payoh North for dinner recently. I reached there first checking out other places for dinner after finding the coffeeshop we wanted to go to was closed for renovation. One was this Indian food place.

最近去大巴窑北跟我太太吃晚餐。到了那里看到要去的咖啡点正在装修所以去看看别的地方。一个是这印度餐厅。

Another was this Thai food place.

另一个是泰国料理的餐厅。

Seems they have a good promotion too.

看来又不错的特价餐。

In the end, went to another coffee shop for simple cai peng rice which cost my $4.30. I had other plans after that.

最后，去了另一家咖啡第吃个简单的菜饭。花了$4.30。我还要其他计划。

I saw this place just before going dinner.

吃晚餐之前，我看到这地方。

Wanted to try the National Day promotion of $5.90.

想去试一试他们的国庆日特价$5.90的。

It was empty inside.

里面没人。

So we had lots of seats to choose from.

所以很多坐位选。

Checking out the menu on the wall.

看看墙上的菜单。

Bit difficult to read the flavours on the board so we just go to the freezer and pointed at the flavour we wanted.

看板上的口味有点难，所以我们就去冰箱，指出我们想要的口味。

They have a pot of water and some tea.

他们有一壶水和一些茶。

But we ordered a pot of Chamomile for $4. Cheers to the good night sleep with the cup of Chamomile.

但我们点了一壶4块钱的洋甘菊茶。喝上一杯洋甘菊茶，让我睡个好觉。

Here is my $5.90 Croffle with a scoop of Hokkaido Milk Strawberry

这是我的$5.90的 Croffle 加一勺北海道牛奶草莓冰淇淋。

All in, it was about $16. Satisfied enough.

总共大约16元。还满意。
