IAI Almuslim Aceh Signs MoU with Bireuen Regency Government.

The Chancellor of the Islamic Religious Institute (IAI) Almuslim Aceh, Peusangan Bireuen, Dr Nazaruddin MA and Acting Regent of Bireuen Aulia Sofyan PhD signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the local campus, Thursday, (4/7/2024).

The MoU between the Bireuen Regency Government (Pemkab) and IAI Almuslim Aceh covers matters related to the tridharma of higher education and increasing government apparatus resources.

"Thank God, today we have signed an MoU with the Bireuen Regency Government," he said.

He added that with this collaboration, there are several things related to this future cooperation, including the main issue regarding organizing the tridharma of higher education.

Apart from that, it concerns increasing government apparatus resources for both ASN and village officials, said Nazaruddin who was accompanied by Deputy Chancellor III for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation, Anwar Ebtadi MA.

Meanwhile, Ebtadi added, the stages of the MoU will later be reduced directly to cooperation agreements and also implementation with faculties or study programs on the Paya Lipah Campus to support the agreement process.

"We hope that this agreement will continue and in synergy, the IAI Almuslim Aceh academic community is also ready to realize this implementation in the form of cooperation related to the service of lecturers and students," said Ebtadi.
