The Diary Game: DAY 20 | 20 August 2020 Thursday: Yey! Last working day of the week!

It’s Thursday! After the long torturous stressful week, finally, I am able to breathe once this day is over. But first, I woke up early as usual as I still have work today. I reached the office past 9:00 am. While walking towards the office, the weather outside is just so hot that I felt dizzy. Good thing, I reached the office safe and sound.

While working, my colleague and also a dear friend came to me. He was hiding behind his back and was talking a lot then I told him what is that he is hiding. He then showed me this cute giveaway they prepared for her daughter’s birthday. He told me that due to the pandemic, they were not able to invite people to celebrate so instead, the made cute giveaways to give to their friends. It makes me feel so happy being remembered. I did not expect it at all!

And look! They did not buy small containers to put the presents. He told me they planned to recycle all the milk cans their daughter emptied and just put a decor on it. And I really admire their artistry and the thought of recycling they insisted. I thank him and said my greetings once again.

I actually did not have my lunch today as I feel so tired going out and I didn’t have the will to order food online as again, I hate to go down the building. Good I have my vegan biscuits in my drawer.

Alas! Look, I happened to pass by in this cute underpass while I am on my way to the dentist for my monthly braces’ adjustments. This is the time of the month that I hated the most as I know I’ll suffer from pain for 3 days. The adjustments were done and finally, I'm heading home. It's the weekend and I look forward to spending my time with my family this weekend. :)
