Putri Aura is suffering from acute typhoid and malnutrition and needs immediate medical attention

Only bones covered in wrinkled skin remained from her small body. The tears are far from enough! It is truly a humanitarian disaster for all of us for finding little Putri Aura lying unaided for over a year in a rickety temporary shelter. Live on limited food and nutritional resources. Poor water and environmental sanitation, financial difficulties, living in a rotten wooden house with 2 separate rooms. One for the kitchen and one for the bedroom. Putri Aura is an eleven year old little girl who is suffering from a chronic illness that requires immediate medical attention. Your generous support is needed immediately. Official Report of Assesment of Putri Aura and Initiate joint program with ACT-MRI to support Putri Aura and Children in need

The survey was conducted on March 31th, 2021. In Meunasah Trieng Matang Ubi, Lhoksukon Sub District, North Aceh Regency. The first information I received at 11.00 am from Fuady S Kelayu (@fooart) via Whatsapp chat. The first contact with the volunteer in the field was with Akmal Daud. Following information in the field, hence I am as the steem.amal program manager initiate the short briefing with steem.amal team leader and other board member for emergency response.

The survey was to identify the emergency need and what kind of support need to be prepared soonest possible. While in the field I made a coordination meeting with ACT-MRI (Aksi Cepat Tanggap - Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia) staff to sincronize the initial emergency medical evacuation plan.

Recently, Putri Aura has been evacuated to the Hospital and home and meal allowance for her family while assisting her in the hospital. Most of the budget has been covered by community, volunteer, and government agencies.

Meanwhile, steem.amal is initiate the support program for her home and basic water and sanitation program for her home and it environment by coordinate with ACT_MRI as the implementing partner. The coordination meeting is held to accommodate the program needs on Thursday April 1st.

A short profile of ACT-MRI Non Government Organization:

ACT-MRI is a national Non Gavernment Organization that aim the response and acts for humanitarian purpose. It has branches all over Indonesia and Palestine. The main resource is from their member and volunteer. Recently working to support vulnerable community to reduce poverty locally and all over Indonesia. The have a solid and reliable Emergency Response and Action Team who are all work voluntarily in all kind of emergency situation.

Meeting with CISAH and ACT-MRI Commisioners for drafting the MoU for Implementing @steem.amal Program

The minutes meeting is as below:

1. @steem.amal will sign the official Mutual of Agreement (MoU) regarding the implementation programs in the field
2. @steem.amal will cover the program budget as the BOQ that will be produced by the implementing partner (ACT-MRI)
3. The ACT-MRI focal point will produce progress report and coordinate with @steem.amal program manager and board members
4. All operational cost of the volunteer will be covered by @el-nailul and @steem.amal
5. CISAH agreed to be a institution for implementing Orphans Food Package together in their annual event
6. The initial agreed programs are as below:

First Stage Program need to be done within April-end of May 2021

These program (no 1 to no 3) are going to start from 2nd April 2021. No 4 is on prepared BOQ for detail budgeting purpose

Second stage program need to be executed within end of April 2021 to April 2022 (One Year Program)

1 SBD is calculated equal to IDR 100,000.

The no 1 program will be done at least for Putri Aura, but potentially to 9 others underage children. no 2 is continuing the ongoing program.

Note: All the operational expenses will be covered from 75% of all @el-nailul personal post and 25% from @steem.amal saving (sharing operational cost). This post is the official survey and assessment report, the payout of the post is to cover the operational cost during the implementation of the first stage program.

Meanwile, the upcoming program that has been agreed between @steem.amal and CISAH. The meeting was held on March 30, and the program has been started and prepared. Total budget for 30 food package for 30 orphans is Rp. 6,000,000 / 60 SBD (operational cost will be covered by @radjasalman @el-nailul @anroja @nazarul and all steemSEA member) Please support each other where possible!.
