@bien, is that possible for you to help out our friend in another place such as Lapu-Lapu City, perhaps World Smile Project could support in most affected town/island while we promote steemit to the societies there?
@kyerieurijah, as I remember there are many steemian in Lapu-Lapu, you may need to coordinate with other steemian to gather the support
