STEEM.AMAL OFFICIAL REPORT: Housing Project Financial Evaluation report

Until yesterday afternoon, we saw that the progress of the construction had reached 90%, and the absorption of funds for development had also reached 90%. This indicates that the construction progress and the use of finance have been balanced.

and the latest financial report is shown that the remaining balance is: as you can see in the below table:

After seeing the actual results in the field, I as the manager of the steem.amal program consider conducting a thorough evaluation of the financing of this first steem.amal housing project so that it could be used as a reference for the next steem.amal housing program.

The internal housing program evaluation meeting led by myself in the presence of:

@heriadi as field coordinator in North Aceh
@miftahuddin as the steem.amal finance officer of the North Aceh housing program
@klen.civil as the steem.amal engineering specialist
@irawandedy as the steem.amal health coordinator of North Aceh

This evaluation includes the following:

1. Health aspect
2. Building Artistic
3. Cost efficiency
4. The remaining work that has not been completed

The Minutes meeting are as below:

1. Considering the health aspect of the house, the engineering team need to add the ceramic tile as the completion of the house, it is necessary to add as it will support the environmental health aspect of the house because it is easy to clean from dirt compared to cement floors the maximum total cost will be about IDR 5,000,000.
2. The artistic aspect has been adequate and the next housing program can be done in the same way with more supervision in the daily field progress
3. Cost efficiency needs to be managed more carefully for the next housing program since the material cost is a little high as an initial prediction. This is because the thickness of the door and window frame is 13 cm, hence the whole wall plaster (red brick mantel) needs to be thicker than it should be. The iron bar size also needs to be reduced without reducing the strength of the structure. Complete material analysis has been calculated for the rest of the works
4. The remaining work as shown in the pictures below are latrine, ceramic floor (tile), electricity, wall painting, and porch.

The remaining works of the housing construction need to be done within the week with the remaining budget and plus additional budget as I mentioned above. The worker fees will not be paid before the construction is complete as agreed upon in the current valid agreement.
