STEEM AMAL OFFICIAL REPORT: Supporting Orphan family from losing their homes

Here, steem.amal reached out its hands to support those in need in Aceh and Indonesia, as the charity project steem.amal has supported various families in many ways possible including providing starting capital for entrepreneurship and emergency response for many kinds of disasters.

Some time ago, I was surprised to see that the @anroja account was in a power-down stage, I found out after checking several large accounts as I usually do. Especially dormant accounts that have not been active for a long time to prevent stolen accounts from occurring as recently happened to Rayfa's account, fortunately, they can still be retrieved after 2 weeks of the recovery process.

After learning that Anroja's account was in a power-down period, I contacted him directly to ensure that there was nothing wrong with the account's activity. That's when I found out that Anroja was experiencing serious problems. Although this problem did not directly happen to Anroja, it happened to her younger sister Fitri Ani (39 years).

Fitri Ana lives in a simple permanent house in Meunasah Bie Village, District. Muerah Dua, Pidie Jaya Regency with her two sons, each named: Muhammad Fayyadh Aufa (13 years old) and Albi Lutfi Fahri (9 years old). Due to business needs, Fitri Ani borrowed money from the bank as collateral for the house where they lived. Currently, the bank has warned them to immediately pay off their debt of 200 million rupiah including interest and if they fail to pay off their debt in May 2024 then the house will be confiscated by the bank.

Untuk menyelamatkan rumah agar tidak di sita oleh bank, saya harus segera melunasi pinjaman tersebut. Tadi pagi saya bersama adik saya sudah ke bank tempat dia meminjamkan uangnya tersebut untuk meminta waktu sebulan untuk kami melunasi hutang tersebut. Dan dengan terpaksa saya harus melakukan power down untuk dapat segera mendapatkan dana segar untuk melunasi hutang tersebut. After this problem arose, the whole family tried to help. This was the start of Anroja carrying out a temporary power down to immediately pay off the debt at the bank and save the orphanage's family home. This is a difficult choice for everyone, especially Anroja.

Here Steem.Amal as a charity based in Indonesia participates in supporting and easing the burden on Fitri Ani's family by donating IDR 5 million as a form of support to save the orphaned child's family home and ease the burden currently being faced by their family.
