Good evening and hello to my friends here in Steemit! How all of you been? I have been just resting and relaxing as I am now having a break from my review and enjoying it while I can. So let me start this day as I share with you may previous day. This one is special as I shared it with my younger brother who happens to be here and a member of steemsea as well. Here I go!
It was a Monday morning when, I got up early as we were about to explore a new place and new event for me. My parents were also up and my younger brother and mother were just done having their breakfast. I then quickly took a bath before having my own breakfast. I took my food supplement first before getting in to the bath. As I finished, I prepared my things and clothes to wear. As for my younger brother, whom was so excited since last night, were all prepared and ready for it already. The location was along the way to where my parents will be going and so they have already planned to give us a ride to the mall where the book event are happening.

I had my breakfast and then prepared my things to bring like an umbrella, water, my wallet and some snacks as well. It was already 9:30 in the morning and I was doing my make up as my dad and older brother took their turn in taking a bath and having breakfast after. They don't seem to be in a hurry the usual that they are, since my mom does not have an early schedule today.

As we were all ready to go, I was then the last one to leave the house and locked every doors and made sure that my dog is on its leech. In front of the car seated beside my older brother who was driving is our younger brother while me and my parents are at the backseat. I took a photo of us and it turns our nice. We drove and went on to the newest mall that are erected in the place that used to be just land and grass and now look how beautiful this place has become. I have been seeing this place which is surely new to my eye every time I'm on my way to the school for my review.

The mall is consist of 3 buildings, but not much of an establishment are yet in the place but mostly are restaurant. Mostly high class restaurants, I think? We were then dropped off at the back of building A and just walked crossed the road to building B where the BBW book sale are located at 3rd floor. We arrived inside and it sure is something. We took a cart with us in thinking we'll get lots of books but we doubted that we'll end up with more than five books but hopeful to find something that are familiar to us.
We then walked around and looked for some books that are displayed in every corner. I was still not in the zone of searching and was just appreciating the time that this is was first book sale event. This event has been held here in the Philippines for quite some time now and my younger brother has already been before pre-pandemic. Going back to the story, I just followed where my brother go and took some videos of him and some photos as well. We were at the end of the first building, or let us say that we are at the south part of the building which means we have to cross the bridge and to the north part of the building where there are more books to search. We were in shocked as we saw that there are still a lot just on the other side/part of the mall.

Before going to the next building, we made a stop and find something I wanted. There were some pins and posters of anime and also some tote bag designing called Print and Press by the corner. I looked around and picked some pins that I wanted. It was kind of pricy but It kind of I think worth its price because of its quality. I picked some anime pins and of course I made sure that I have some Anya Forger pins with me. I looked at some of the posters but it was so expensive for just one posters. There are lots of posters online that is less 10x the price that are being asked here so I just ignored it and just ended up buying some pins. I have five anime pins as my first buy here in the even and then me and my brother went to the other side.
As we enter the building, we noticed that this section or part has the books that we wanted since at the south part contains mostly of children's book and at this side mostly have the fictional, historical and all the genre a reader is looking for. I kind of feel fired up as I began to search for something I wanted and looked for the authors that I knew. But I mostly were looking for Bridgerton books which I think were already sold out.

Roaming around for more than couple of hours we gained and a lot of books already which I did not see coming, even for someone like me whom stopped reading years ago. I picked mostly romance and some of Julia Quinn's book whom is the author of Bridgerton series. I also picked a latest book from Nicholas sparks, one of the first author I've love reading to. The sun was about to set and me and my younger brother decided to took breather and went to the bridge and watched at the sunset. We also decided which books that we picked has to stay and go before we began to calculate the total of books as we tried to stay in budget. Not long when we felt hungry and so we sat and had something to eat for our afternoon snack. I asked my brother to buy us hotdogs and drinks as well. I was also feeling a bit dizzy so my brother bought me something sweet to drink. We were both tired but still knew we still have to look for something good books to find. We did not want to give up and decided to keep going but first we needed some strength and so we recharged by having something to fill our empty stomach.

We have calculated the total price of the books we've pick and I also gave up 2 books so I now have a total of six books while my brother has a total of eleven books. I transferred money to his account as payment for my books and I am still on my budget while he was over budget with his 11 books. Walking around, as we were able to rest a while makes me tired and felt a pain on my heels that felt sore. I found a seat that IKEA as placed in display that people can seat on since they are also a partner of the event. I rested there and looked after our cart of books while my brother continued to look around more. It was already evening as I looked at my watch. Thinking that we've been here from 10:30 a.m. up till now at 7:30 p.m. We have been here walking in circle for about 7 hours now and we even added another hour of staying looking and hoping to find that book that I have been looking. I don't even know why I bother or maybe it was just for satisfaction since I saw in social media that someone was able to find that book as well thinking that there is still a copy of it just sitting around the corner.

We decided to end the night by paying already since we are both feeling hungry and also wanted to look around more at the mall. We paid and thinking that the total that I calculated was wrong, I might have overpriced one of the books or my brother were given a discount. We don't know but it was nice that it did not exceeded what I have calculated.

Deciding where to have dinner and were trying to search some here in the mall, I thought of just having our dinner at the terminal station since there are lots of choices and it is cheaper compared to this place. We ride a bus and it only took 10 minutes or less to arrive at the station and we had our dinner at BonChon. After that we went home and ride another bus. We have some heavy books that I have my brother to carry. We have a total of 17 books and 10 pins. Arriving home, we were greeted by our older brother whom were early and might have gone home right away when he drove our parents to Pasig. We went straight to the bed room and wiped cleaned the books before placing it on the bed for some satisfactory photoshoot of all the books that we have hauled.

It sure was an unexpected, tiring yet fun experience and to share it with my younger brother sure is fun. I don't know yet when I will ever be able to read this books but yeah, they won't be going anywhere now since it is all mine. Thanks for this my younger brother @mikejosephortega
