Club5050|| Diary Game|| December 25, 2022|| "Big Flood: Forces Of Nature"

Greetings and happy holidays everyone. Some of us celebrated their Christmas holidays in thier family and others are continuing to work in their offices and other establishments areas. For today's blog, I will share the situations here in our place yesterday. The weather bureau announced that our country [Philippines] will having a bad weather due to monsoon weather. The heavy rain was started yesterday and it continues until today. At first I checked the river and their was only a turbidity happens on the river. I am very confident that there will no floods will happened but I was wrong.

Philippines is belong to the so-called earthquake belt thats is why many calamities just like earthquake, floods, storms happens in this place. As I checked for the second time, I was very shocked of what I've seen, the water was quickly raising up and strong water current flowed from mountain. I was very sad because there are many garbage and big trees are being washed out due to that flood.

Other Situations:

As I've seen yesterday, the water was slowly reached on this banana plants on the other side if the river. The owner of this plant was starting worried about and He was very unlucky because He cannot crossed to the river because of the flood. He was to his His farm on the mountain amd as He decided to go down to the mountain for going home, He noticed this big flood that is why He cannot crossed. My Father also was busying transferring His Cows and Carabao to the Far places away from the river. If it continues the flood water to raised up, it will overflow to our place that is why we keep monitoring and keep alerted always.

I checked also the other place of the river. This is what we do if there is a big flood occurs, by checking every areas. As I found out, there are place of cliff was already eroded and landslide occured. The bamboos and this tree was completely swallowed by the water. This was a dry land and now it completely turn into sea of flood. I lived in this place for almost 28 years already that is why I am very good for monitoring the place if there is a flood. My Father told me that the water will overflowed is being happen if there is a Storm hit the place just like Typhoon Sendong hit our placed.

Exactly 4 PM when the water was slowly down by its level. I am so very thankful that the water was not overflowed but I am very sure that a great destruction was left after the flood. The Barangay was calling on us if we are okay because they also monitoring the flood level in the bridge areas.

Even this is a kind of scenario happens to our place every bad weather passing to our areas but still we are very happy to lived here. We can plant more crops, vegetables and other plants. Raised some animals and to have a peaceful and relaxing living, all we have to do is to keep alerted always.
