chilli dynamite!

hello steemians!..
i love cooking and sometimes i create my own menu for the day, or a dish that i most excite too... and cooking is my stress reliever, wonna share my homemade chilli dynamite.

ingredients:

  • pepper green 12pcs or more if you want
  • 1/4 grind meat pork/beef/chicken
  • cheese
  • spring roll wrapper
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • onions
  • 3cups of water

  1. chops the onions , cheese into small pieces and set a side.
  2. half cook the grind pork to 5-7mins and add pitch of salt and set a side after
  3. slice the center of the pepper green and get the seeds.
  4. prepare a boiling water with a 1tbsp salt, when water is boiling put the pepper green into the boiling water in 1min. to release the chilli.
  5. take the green pepper cold after it cold, put the cheese, grind pork and onion to the slicing part of the green pepper like where the seeds by..
  6. wrap the green pepper with the spring roll wrapper.

and deep fry the spring roll chilli dynamite then its ready to eat!
