انصاف معاشرتی استحکام اور بقا کا ضامن ہے
| When it comes to a nation that a common man commits a crime, the punishment is different and if a great man commits a crime, the punishment is different, then no one can stop the nation from destruction. | جب کسی قوم میں یہ بات آجائے کہ عام آدمی جرم کرے تو سزا مختلف ہو اور کوئی بڑا آدمی جرم کرے تو سزا مختلف ہو تواس قوم کو تباہی سے کوئی نہیں روک سکتا |

عدل انصاف کی تعریف
| To give the rights of every class and every individual in the society and to give the right to the one who has the right and not to discriminate on the basis of race, regionalism, provincialism, linguistics and caste. It is called justice | معاشرے میں ہر طبقے اور ہر فرد کو جو حقوق حاصل ہیں اور جس کسی کا جتنا حق بنتا ہو، اس کو اس کا حق دے دینااور اس میں رنگ ونسل، علاقائیت، صوبائیت، لسانیت اور ذات پات کی بنیاد پر کوئی فرق روا نہ رکھنا عدل و انصاف کہلاتا ہے |

اسلامی معاشرے میں عدل وانصاف کی اہمیت
| The standard of justice and equality given by Islam. There is no precedent in the world. In fact, justice is a noble attribute that gives stability to any nation or society and guarantees survival. This is the attribute which the adopted nations are proud of, and when it becomes the general mood of a nation, then they will rise in this world and the success of the Hereafter may be their destiny. | عدل و مساوات کا جو پیمانہ اسلام نے دیا ہے . دنیا میں اس کی کوئی مثال نہیں ملتی ۔ حقیقت میں عدل و انصاف ایسا عالی وصف ہے جو کسی بھی قوم یا معاشرے کو استحکام عطا کرتا اور بقا کی ضمانت فراہم کرتا ہے ۔ یہ وہ وصف ہے جسے اپنانے والی اقوام سربلندی و سرفرازی سے ہم کنار ہوتی ہیں اور جب یہ کسی قوم کا مجموعی مزاج بن جائے تو پھر انہیں دنیاوی لحاظ سے بھی عروج حاصل ہوتا اور آخرت کی کامیابی و کامرانی بھی ان کا مقدر بن سکتی ہے |

| Justice is of great importance in Islamic society. Allah says, "And when you judge between people, judge with justice. Allah admonishes you very well. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing." In another place, the guidance is from the Almighty. And if you judge between the two parties, judge with justice; surely Allah loves those who act justly. | اسلامی معاشرے میں عدل وانصاف کی بہت بڑی اہمیت ہے ۔ اللّٰہ کا فرمان ہے اور جب لوگوں میں فیصلہ کرنے لگو تو انصاف سے فیصلہ کیا کرو اللہ تمہیں بہت خوب نصیحت کرتا ہے بے شک اللہ سنتا اور دیکھتا ہے ۔ ایک اور مقام پر ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے فرمایا ۔ اور اگر تم ان دو فریقین کے درمیان فیصلہ کرو تو انصاف سے فیصلہ کرو، بے شک اللہ تعالیٰ انصاف کرنیوالوں کو پسند فرماتا ہے |

| The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) also set the best examples of equality by his words and deeds and taught his followers that the scales of justice should be so strong and equal that even the strongest hatred and the strongest love can be equal. Couldn't bend any of the scales | رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھی اپنے قول اور فعل سے مساوات کی بہترین مثالیں قائم فرمائیں اور اپنے ماننے والوں کو یہ تعلیم دی کہ عدل و انصاف کا ترازو اس قدر مضبوط اور برابر ہو کہ سخت ترین نفرت اور شدید ترین محبت بھی اس ترازو کے کسی پلڑے کو جھکا نہ سکے |

| When an oppressed person takes a complaint to a ruling judge or magistrate, he can get justice without recommendation and without bribe. A person's poverty or his weak position in society should not be an obstacle to his access to justice, nor should a person be able to influence justice because of his position or wealth. In the eyes of the law, everyone should have equal rights | جب کوئی مظلوم کسی حاکم قاضی یا جج کے سامنے کوئی فریاد لے کر جائے تو بغیر سفارش کے اور بغیر رشوت کے اسے انصاف مل سکے ۔ کسی شخص کی غربت یا معاشرے میں اس کی کمزور حیثیت حصول انصاف کے لیے اس کی راہ میں رکاوٹ نہ بنے اور نہ یہ ہوکہ کوئی شخص اپنے منصب یا دولت کی وجہ سے انصاف پر اثر انداز ہوسکے ۔ قانون کی نظر میں سب کے حقوق میں برابری ہونی چاہیے |
