#CLUB75 || My Weekly Report - As Moderator of The Urdu-Community || Double Dolphin on the way!

in Urdu Community3 years ago

Hello Beautiful People!

As the moderator of the Urdu Community I have some major responsibilities towards my community, most of my time I try to keep a check over my community to make it better and help all the members with the important rules and regulations.
I am going to explain how I work in my community during this very duration.

Giving Votes in my Community ( Urdu- community )

As most of my available SP is delegated to different communities still provide votes in my community to encourage members to work hard and because still I have around 6,033.26 affective SP out of 8,224.19 SP and I make full use of it by giving votes in the community and also appreciating others.

Checking Club status of Community Members

I checked all the member's posts and especially the members using the clubs' tags, I check their club status and appreciate them if they are still in any club, if they are in #club5050 I motivate them to join #club75 and if they have not joined any club yet I remind them to join the clubs for their own benefits.

I leave a comment on their post to let them know that they should be powering up continuously at least once a month to be part of the #club5050 or #club75. Providing badges to the willing members and then checking each week if they still follow that club or not.

Some links from my recent comments about guidance and about joining #club5050.

Checking plagiarized Content in the community:

I always keep a keen eye on all the community members, whenever I found some posts to be suspicious I check them deeply and their whole profile to see if the post is not repeated or copied from anyone, Checking plagiarism can be tough at times but thanks to such awesome tools we got to check plagiarism in the content and also in other forms to see if the post is plagiarized from any side.

Here is a link to this week's plagiarism report of the community where a user with a double account got caught.

Organizing Weekly Contest in the Community:

I organize contests in the community and one of the regular weekly contests that I run throughout the week is a photography contest with different and exciting themes each week. Through these contests, I try to create engagements in the community and more and more people join the contest which makes our community stronger with their presence and participation.

Last week's contest just finished, here is the link to its results post.
