I am always conscious of caring for children. For health protection I provide regular exercise care for children. This is my mummy she is five years old. I take care of her regular diet along with exercise to maintain health. Today I will show you rope jump in Afrin. This is the baby's muscles expanding. He used to play games for 15 minutes every day. The baby gets a lot of joy from it, and I can understand the daily health awareness. Jumping rope expands the entire body of the child. And can increase blood circulation faster.
