Hello my Steemian Friends..

I think there are several aspects to declaring a thought to be brilliant. But, in my opinion, it is a state in which the brain's performance is at its peak, allowing it to come up with a powerful solution to the current problem. Also, I believe that everyone has potential. Brilliant ideas will undoubtedly exist as long as they have the ability to think.

I've always believed that you should never make a decision while in an emotional state. As a result, whenever I'm faced with a decision, I always try to maintain control. I once made a decision while I was overcome with emotion, and I later regretted it. Believe me, involving emotions has a negative impact when it comes to making important decisions.

So when I'm about to make a decision, I tend to look for a quiet room. This is so that I can think more clearly for the best solution. Especially if it is a big decision, I will need to take some more time. The point is that I try to calm myself down and most importantly not involve emotions in making a decision.

I totally agree with that and I also apply it in my daily life. I believe smart people are not called smart if they cannot see and take advantage of opportunities that come their way. And it would be even better if someone is able to create their own opportunities. But I think it would be the same as nothing if when it comes we waste it.

I am reminded of a story of a successful entrepreneur in Indonesia, Bob Sadino. In the past, he left his job and decided to become an entrepreneur. He decided to sell chicken eggs in his village. But his perseverance and ability to read and utilize existing opportunities, he became one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Indonesia. So I think one of the secrets of success is to be able to read and take advantage of the opportunities that come.

While creativity is frequently associated with artistry, I do not believe it is limited to that. For me, creativity is the ability to think outside the box and create something unique and unusual.

I don't consider myself to be a very creative person. Because the works that I create are ordinary. Not too "wow" and unique. The creativity that exists in me is limited to finding solutions to problems in many ways. Hahaha, maybe that's the extent of it... so I think that I am not creative person.

But I don't find any significant problems when thinking of an idea. If there is a dead end, I just turn around and look for another way until I find a bright spot. In essence, I just try many ways when I fail at one.

I am surrounded by much smarter people in my work environment. I never consider them as rivals because I think it is much more beneficial when we can work together with people who are smarter than us. They will be able and willing to help us when we reach a dead end.

But what a loss if we consider them as rivals? First, we will most likely feel defeated in a non-competitive situation. Second is, that we won't be able to grow quickly because we're not willing to learn from them and think we're always more than them. So I think it would be wise to cooperate with people who are smarter than us rather than having them as rivals.

I don't think it took me too long to adapt to the change. I believe change is a necessity and a good thing, as long as it's in a good direction. Most importantly, we have to accept the change. Because if we basically don't accept it, believe me it will be very difficult for us to adapt to the new situation.
