SEC-S20W6 / Adventure in the park contest

Hello dear steemian friends, on this occasion I will participate in the SEC-S20W6 / Adventure in the park contest.

Every Wednesday I train the students who take part in the extracurricular activities of Scouts, these activities are always carried out outside the classroom or school garden. Especially on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 I have planned some activities that are interesting, challenging and encourage teamwork.

Before the day of the training activity today I had contacted their parents in the WhatsApp group, so that all students could bring balloons on the day of the training. Each student has brought 3 to 5 balloons which will be used to support the training process.

I always carry out training activities that encourage the students' competitive spirit, so I will design activities that are competitions between groups. I realize that the younger students love to compete. Before the rehearsal begins, I teach the students to sing so that they will be more energized.

Before this activity began, I instructed all students to sit in an orderly manner according to their group. Then I asked all students to blow up the balloons they had brought.

After the balloon was blown I asked one group to come forward to help so that I could give directions and order the rules in this game, so that other groups could see firsthand the correct example in this game.

So each student with their group members lined up neatly, they attached the balloon to the front of their stomach, the balloon could not be touched by hands so they had to hold the shoulders of their friends who were in front. That is the rule of playing this game.

Then after everything is ready all students run in a predetermined direction, the group that gets to the finish line the fastest will be chosen as the winner. Students can easily understand all the instructions that I have given.

Finally I gave instructions to all students to stand up and form a line according to their respective groups, I gave them the opportunity to do the experiment.

After each group did the experimental movement, then the race began. I counted 3, 2, and started. I was very entertained and smiled at the students who were full of enthusiasm in this activity. One of the important objectives of this competition is teamwork.

🎈 Sarong Volleyball Game

The next game is sarong volleyball, balloons brought by students will be filled with water which will then be thrown using a sarong. Each group member must be able to catch the balloon throws from other groups.

The group managed to throw balloons to other groups so that they could not catch the thrown balloons then considered the winner.

Before starting this competition activity, I gave orders to all students to sit neatly according to their group lineup. Here I have provided as many as four sarongs.

I explain the rules and how to play to all students, each group of students will compete with participants from other groups. Each group was divided into two small teams, one taking a position at the front and one at the back.

The match began, and I tried to be a fair judge for each group of students. In this match I saw some groups were able to defend and catch the ball that was thrown, of course the male group was more skilled in this game than the female group.

This match is very exciting and can arouse the cooperation of each group, in this match each group must be careful in catching balloons thrown by other groups so as not to fall.

After each group competed, the entire field that we used was wet due to the balloons that were thrown containing water. Then I gave orders to all students to sit back in an orderly manner according to their respective groups.

Before going home, I invite all students to be able to sing together so that they feel happy and joyful, after that I also explained to them the importance of teamwork and cohesiveness in our activities today. so that is our exercise today considering the time has shown 4:15 pm so students can return to their respective homes.
