SLC S21 w 2/ actividades Fisicas para Desarrollo In fantil
Hello Every one,
Greeting and Welcome to my belog,How are you all.I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan .I hope you fine too.I am also fit and fabelous.Today I am here to taka a part in this exciting contest.The topic is very important for SLC W2/ physical activities for children development season 21 week 2. physical activities play a vital role for children mental and physical health.I think being a mother should be included physical activity.Children get a chance to learn a lot, In this way, children's interaction with each other increases through different types of games.
Let's move towards and starts my Todays home task.
what type of physical activity did you select ,what is it about?
I have two children, one is Zara my daughter and the other is my sonShah Zaman. Zara is seven years old and Shazaman is four years old.We can't go regularly because my children are small. On weekends we go to park, so I try to do physical activity inside the house through exercise.
Children spend most of their time watching cartoons.So what I've done is focus my schedule more on physical activity.There are stairs in the exterior of my house.My daughter hangs in these stairs everyday.This exercise improves your shoulder muscles and health.The second excision I performed on my daughter jump rope exercise.this exercise very best for the growing children Jump rope is a full-body exercise including your upper arms, shoulders, and legs.this is good exercise for weight loss not only children all of the people .I first did this exercise myself and showed it to my daughters, then my daughter did the exercise.
what change did you observe children during and after the activity?do you think they used up all there energy?
Before doing the activity, the children were very bored and sitting in front of the TV.I were starting the activities and said to the children, let's play something. The children were not happy.By this time the children were getting very lazy.
Then I noticed that the energy in the children increased.
Do you think in additional exercise the children had fun?
Yes of course I observed marvelous change .the children were very happy .The children were happy that Mamma was playing with us.
As soon as I started playing with the children, I gave them a little exercise, and the children immediately became fresher.The children have changed so fantastically.Playing with the children as an exercise form I felt a good bonding with the children.
Children's age is very important to physical activate .My children ride bicycles.Do light exercise in the evening.On weekends, I take my children to the park, ride my bicycle and run Play football.Also there are many memory games I play with kids at home like scratch cards etc.

Of course, it was very good and a great experience to do physical activity with my children .There are so many things that kids have never done before and they had so much fun doing it in this activity .The jumping rope exercise my daughter did for the first time was very fun, it was a new experience and I liked it.

I played ball games with my children.First I threw the ball and my daughter caught the ball.After that I threw the ball to my son, he turned around and threw me a lot.All three of us were engaged in the game and had very good bounding.My children were very happy and enjoying a lot.Because having a healthy mind is very important for a healthy body.
