Children need a happy childhood and adolescence for development. Today I put the Aerobic physical activity in the choice of my kids. My elder son is 10 years old, and my younger son is 5 years old. Children of this age love to play sports. And through this sport, they get physical activity. Both of them are very enthusiastic about sports, and I always encourage them to play sports. They pass a lot of time by playing sports in the park or field regularly.

A child mental development is fulfilled through physical activity. environment and, Physical activity is necessary to improve the child's mental health as well as physical health through open environment and physical activity. So that they can run to their heart's content and do various activities. They enjoy climbing in different states.

It is through these games that they become physically strong and healthy. They also love running and cycling. Apart from these, they also play different types of games with toys. Both games and toys are essential for a child's full development. Sports are important for children's mental and physical development as well as a great way to have fun.

Naturally, they are very enthusiastic about sports. Let them play even if they are tired, but the game is not over. Even though the sport is tiring, the spirit is evident in their bodies. They are interested in playing more time. At the beginning of the game, their pace of play is slow, but during the course of the game, their enthusiasm for the sport increases, and they start playing at a faster pace. Play with full energy during sports. I love their mental and physical spirits when they come home after sports. Yes, they played sports using full power. Children find joy in sports, which enable them to use the full energy of their bodies. Among the various activities, some sports require a lot of energy. This game of hanging requires a lot of energy.

Through activities, children's creative thinking develops, leadership skills are acquired, and moral character is developed. Not only that, the crime tendency among them decreases.
