How are you all my dear friends hope you all are well and I am also having a good day with the grace of Allah and your prayers today I am here to participate in a great contest organized by @anailuj1992 mam ,Shine with Steem community ,the name of the contest is SLC S21W2 / Physical Activities for Child Development. Impossibly beautiful a topic is presented here and a topic I love so much I'm trying to mention my kid's creativity here but let's get started,
What type of physical activity did you select, what is it about?
Paying special attention to children's physical activity is the responsibility of the elders of the family and it is especially the responsibility of the parents to aim first. My youngest son is his name zain and he is five years old. He likes to spend his time in different sports. To pass the time in between because nowadays almost everyone lives in small families and the tendency to play sports has decreased a lot and because of the low number of people Children tend to suffer from depression.
To cope with their loneliness, they choose a mobile phone and try to spend their time watching cartoon games and different videos. I force her to do small tasks. She arranges my cooking and essentials, and I even advise her to arrange her own things.
Also from a very early age I gave him books to study though he couldn't speak properly, he was very happy looking at the books and he enjoyed looking at the different pictures in there from there I used to tell him different stories and he enjoyed it and then Gradually growing up now he has learned to reading the books himself and now he can slowly write.
You can see here my son is just learning to write and he can read and imitate all kinds of books in Bengali English also I am not limiting him to writing them I am trying to teach him different year names week names fruit names flower names and all these things. He almost learned them by imitating me as I presented in the video.
What changes did you observe in the children during and after the activity? Do you think they used up all their energy?
Of course, as a mother, I can appreciate that when they spend their time in different activities, they feel good inside. Also, when children immerse themselves in sports, they feel very happy and pray that this game never ends. Also, they are more happy to play and they have no problem there I can tell by myself that their love and excitement are reflected in their faces playing sports as they used to be playing sports.
Do you think that, in addition to exercising, the children had fun?
Of course, I bought my son a small car which he feels very happy when he drives at home and also I take him out for a walk in the afternoon and we have a small children's park in front of us where I take him to play right up to Maghrib Azan. With different children she is very happy I can see that joy through her smile and she can immerse herself in different sports. And have a great time which I can understand. Also, it's not limited to exercise. It's much more than exercise. I think it does a lot of good for the kids physically and mentally. Everyone knows very well that more mental improvement occurs.

Of course, I present photos and videos of my son and me and here I try to explain what my son tries to do to keep himself busy I am ready to let my son socialize and play with everyone inside and outside the house so that his mind is happy. Mentality always works well.

Es importante que los padres pasemos tiempo de calidad con nuestros hijos y enseñemos es que ejercitarse es una manera de mantener nuestra vida activa y tener nuestra salud y buen estado los niños de 5 años están en pleno desarrollo y es importante que ellos puedan realizar cualquier actividad física para que se ejerciten y tengan un buen desarrollo
