Diabetes is currently one of the leading cause of death in humans . According to update health records the rates at which it is increasing in our society is becoming alarming . Diabetes effects about one sixth of the worlds adult population. Unfortunately , the majority of them are unaware that they have it. When the days pass , community health Turks and enlightenment are held in an attempt to rise consciousness and see how it can be regulated. this will help you understand how careful and preventive you can be when it comes to diabetes. Diabetes is described as an abnormally elevated blood sugar glucose level of more than 120 milligrams per deciliter according to medical standards they can develop in either of two ways: either the pancreas fails to produce the hormone insulin which regulates blood sugar levels,or the body cells fail to respond to the insulin released.in any case, blood sugar levels rise abnormally high, resulting in diabetes. The onset of diabetes is accompanied by a slew of noticeable symptoms. However in some situations, the symptoms can not be seen until the symptoms becomes urgent. As a result, it is recommended that all ensure that they are on the safe side
Excessive urination, excessive thirst, dizziness, vomiting, unusual shoulder pains , and others . Diabetes is primarily caused by the type of food we eat,as well as ones diet and level of physical activity.it may also be due to a family history of diabetes or hereditary predisposition on the disease.food has been identified as the primary cause of diabetes in the modern world according to recent studies.the consumption of junk food is increasing,as is the consumption of sugary foods . further more, the rates at which people engage in physical activity is declining which aids in the maintenance of abnormal sugar levels in the body which can lead to diabetes.

Excessive use of artificial sugars to drink tea or pap : natural sugar such as honey are absorbed more easily in the body than artificial sugars. Artificial sugars provide no nutritional benefits to the body and the body is unable to control it. In this situation the pancreas does not produce enough insulin to keep blood sugar levels in check.please for the sake of your health, reduce the number of artificial sugars you consume in your morning tea ,pap,garri,and other foods if you most add sugar to them, Honey is a better option and a great source of natural sugar that your body will not reject.

Sugar that has been refined .in reality they have more sugar in them than soft drinks and energy drink. If you care about your health and well being,it would be a great idea for you to avoid or reduce your alcohol consumption

          Summary

In addition to avoiding excessive intake of the substance mentioned above. Exercise and a health life style are also essential preventing diabetes mellitus and insipidus . Make it a point to get some light exercise at least once a week. That goes a long way towards burning the body's excess sugar and fat content. Ensuring that the body is healthy and wellness is assured . always note that your health is in your hands in everything you do
