The elderly and children are my motivation for how they symbolize the Beginning and the End .
How a child just looking into his little round eyes you see the perfection of the universe and the source of happiness.
You see life and the spark of naivety and the pure soul that is still pure as the morning dew .Children are those creatures from whom we can learn how to be curious about the world around us .
How can we keep caring about the cycle and that we are the beings who choose how to feel .
From them it all starts the moment I look into the eyes of my little nephew named Boril baby 1 year old .I see the whole meaning of life and how I must not stop to create happiness for the children around me .They are an example of how to look at the world .How to enjoy every flower and animal every touch to mother earth .To look with pleasure at the fields of the butterfly and marvel at how the flowers grow.

I think it's good to give freedom to the child in you sometimes . Freedom of our emotions not to hold anything back and to share what we feel and want like a child of 1 year old .It has no inhibitions and worries about expressing itself freely . When we give ourselves this freedom our soul is purified. We do not hold negative energy within us and we are pure and subtle as a baby.Children are an example of how to perceive the world . Let us be free to say what we wish and not worry about what we wish . Let's let go of the adult ego and what people will think . Let us laugh at the little things and appreciate the world with dignity now .

And my wonderful Grandpa named Jani has a birthday in which I realized how even as an adult he never stops enjoying every day around me . The grandchildren and the great grandchildren's children and even the grandmother who is the best cook in the world.
They are wise and wonderful and we must respect them and motivate them to continue their lives with a breath of fresh air from our side. I, for one, keep bringing them books about the world we live in now . I listen with ease and interest about the past today . This how we can learn many things from the elderly . They can give us an example of what was in the past and how we can join the two times. They with wisdom I with the freshness of new knowledge for today's way of life . Let's not forget how when there were no computers childhood was much more real . You only know Mom's signal to come home how there were no phones and technology to connect us around the world .
With the kids in the neighborhood and that was the communication . The motivation I think from the elderly is that we should not lose the real connection between us . Yes the technology we have is wonderful and promises us the future but what better than to listen with pleasure to the story of your grandmother at a time when there was no internet and everything was different with a glass of homemade milk in the crab and the dish boiling on the stove. Homemade bread and homemade cheese are a fortune these days . Let's not stop learning from this about the old crafts of our grandparents they can give us a lot of valuable knowledge about how to achieve true emotion in our lives without the network we call the relationship between each other .
For example, I learned to make food for the winter and to plant flowers to help myself and the world and make it better now .

I present to you my Grandpa Yani, 69 years old and my nephew Boril, 1 year old .
The pictures were taken by me personally on grandpa's birthday .
Moments filled with emotions and smiles .Let's not forget about how to appreciate our family.
From young to old they deserve our love and respect. With a little attention we can now contribute to people's happiness with a kind smile and a kind word to make another child or elderly person smile who just wants a little attention from us.
Thank you for your attention.
Greetings from me
