Ber ciruela india (Ziziphus mauritiana)

in Dream Steem9 months ago

The Ber is a little-known fruit in the world, very similar to the plum, it is rich in vitamin C, with an acidic and sweet flavor, and has a color between green, yellow and red when ripe.

This fruit can be eaten raw or macerated in rum or some other alcoholic beverage. Its juice is refreshing and nutritious. The seed is hard and can take 30 to 40 days to germinate.

A few days ago I got a fairly large Ber tree, as it is a little far from the roads it fills with fruits and falls to the ground without anyone mistreating it, for this reason I managed to find a lot of fruits, I took them to my apartment and Being a little calm I dedicated myself to taking several photographs of you. I have several plums, they have many sizes, textures and colors, it is a good opportunity to make a photographic collection.

While I am taking photographs several people come up and observe what I am doing, the pleasant smell of these plums provokes us to eat them, at the end of the photographic work we eat several fragrant fruits and the idea of putting them in rum has disappeared, for this reason I will have to schedule a day to look for other fruits.

The photographs were taken with my cell phone camera, I am contributing 20% of the profits to social works (10% @wox-helpfund and 10% @elkezaksek).

Let's all go for Uganda!: https://steemit.com/hive-185836/@elkezaksek/news-about-our-fundraiser-for-uganda-neuigkeiten-unserer-spendenaktion-fuer-uganda-209

Nice to learn something about unknown exotic fruits! Thank you also for your support of the fundraising ;-))

In our community for fictional writing, however, a description of your hike off the beaten track would be more appropriate ;-))

I'm going to take your suggestion as a challenge for a future post
